Description:
13X APG molecular sieve used for air separation industry, it can purifying oxygen and nitrogen efficiency, also can remove a small amount of CO2 and H2O in the air completely to avoid the phenomenon of freezing tower, is an empty special adsorption industry supporting agent.

Application: 
Applied in dehydration of general industrial gases and purification of feed gas (remove water, carbon dioxide and traces of hydrocarbons in the meanwhile) in air separation units. It meets the special requirement of cryogenic air separation industry by strengthening the adsorption capacity of carbon dioxide and water in air pre-purification units in order to prevent freezing in the cryogenic distillation process.

Regeneration:
Molecular sieve can be regenerated by either heating in the case of thermal swing processes; or by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing processes. 
To remove moisture from a molecular sieve, a temperature of 250-300°C is required. A properly regenerated molecular sieve can give moisture dew points below -100°C, or mercaptan or CO₂ levels below 2 ppmv.
The outlet concentrations on a pressure swing process will depend on the gas present, and on the conditions of the process.
