Premium Brown Corundum Abrasive Grinding Stone for Polishing
XF-A type Corundum Abrasive Polishing Media is proudly produced by Pingxiang Xingfeng Chemical Packing Co., Ltd., featuring the exceptional brown corundum type. This superior product is crafted from meticulously selected brown corundum, boasting an impressive alumina content of above 95%. This serves as the primary material, seamlessly blended with high-quality ceramic components. The production process involves a precise mixture with water, trapped materials, followed by vacuum mixing, extrusion molding, mechanical cutting, drying, and then subjecting it to intense high-temperature burning.
This product shines in its application for removing burrs, flying edges, oxidation scales, rust spots, grain marks, burrs, and in various grinding processes-be it rough, medium, or precision grinding. It excels in mechanical polishing techniques such as vibration, drum, centrifugal, magnetic, and eddy current polishing. Perfectly suited for hardware parts including stainless steel, carbon steel, steel parts, and aluminum alloys.
Our product is extensively utilized for both rough and medium polishing of metal and non-metal components. It's particularly adept at the irregular removal of burrs, burrs, water chestnuts, oxide scales, and rust, which occur during cutting, grinding, punching, and casting. Moreover, it's ideal for polishing and fine-finishing thin-walled, narrow gaps, and intricate hole cavities marked by complex geometrical shapes prone to deformation.
Selection Principles
(1)Material:Prioritize processing efficiency and wear requirements, while considering the material and hardness of the workplace. Select abrasives compatible with materials having a Mohs hardness below 9.0.
(2)Shape:Choose an abrasive shape that aligns with the workpiece's groove, corner, edge, and hole structures. Select a shape that minimizes the risk of the abrasive becoming lodged within the workpiece.
(3)Dimension:Determine based on the initial surface roughness of the workpiece and the desired surface smoothness post-machining. For precision applications, opt for finer abrasives; for rough applications, coarser options are ideal. For small parts, avoid large abrasives. For larger parts, ensure abrasives aren't too small. For components with holes or grooves, use abrasives 1.5 times larger or 1/3 smaller than the cavities.
(4)Ratio of abrasive to workpiece:Maintain an abrasive-to-workpiece ratio between 2:1 to 5:1, prioritizing rough processing initially and precision processing subsequently.
Characteristic & Application
(1)High Moh's hardness, light blue-gray solid, odorless and non-toxic. It possesses a high melting point and exceptional toughness, with a Mohs hardness surpassing 9.0. Suitable for polishing and finishing a range of materials, including ordinary steel, alloy steel, malleable cast iron, and hard bronze.
(2)With its uniform particle size and minimal tolerance in abrasive shape, our product ensures small deviations in specifications and dimensions. It's less likely to cause blockages in holes or grooves, ensuring superior grinding efficiency.
(3)High strength, high purity brown corundum, boasting excellent crystallization. Our abrasive resists explosions, pulverization, and cracking, showcasing remarkable cutting ability and an extended service life.
